Do I have a choice of the drink flavours in the CCE vending machine?

CCE will recommend the flavours best suited to your outlet type, but will accommodate specific requests where possible. Request a visit.

How much will it cost me to have a CCE vending machine?

The installation and the service to stock the machine and collect the cash is provided free subject to entering into a CCE full service agreement. A suitable electricity supply must be available on the premises and the vendor must be insured against all relevant risks including vandalism.*

How big are the machines?

CCE offer a range of sizes of vending machines that will suit the majority of situations, details can be found in the vending section of this website or you can discuss them in person with your local CCE representative. Request a visit now or call 0800 137 424.

How long could I have a vending machine for?

The standard CCE vending agreement is for a minimum duration of 18 months and after this period it will continue until terminated by giving one month's written notice.

Can I have more than one machine?

CCE offer a range of different types of soft drink vending machines. The recommended equipment solution will be dependent on factors such as number of people requiring drinks, activity type of the people in the outlet and the geography of the site. CCE would recommend the appropriate number of vending machines to maximise the chilled soft drink availability in your outlet. Request a visit and a representative will discuss the options suitable to you.

What price will the drinks be?

CCE will recommend a sell out price.

How long will it be before the vending machine is installed?

If you request a visit from your local representative, they will meet with you to discuss your requirements and the vending agreement. Upon completion of this document the vending machine should be installed within 2- 3 weeks.

What do you mean by Full Service?

We give you a choice of high-quality vending machines. Then we supply everything you need - we provide, install, stock, maintain and service your machine for you. We also do all the cash handling. Best of all it's free*.

What do I do if my machine has a problem?

What is Live Help?

Live help is a customer support interface on our Website that will allow you to get real-time assistance from an operator in the Coke Vending office during regular business hours. If you click the link for live help on our home page you will be communicating with a real person in our office. After office hours or during brief periods throughout the business day there may be times when an operator is not online to assist you. However, you can still ask your question through Live Help and someone will respond to you as soon as possible.
